Questions people ask before they join
What exactly do I get?
Access to the private Heroes group on Telegram: the group chat with every member, the weekly live stream, and direct contact with Husam.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
The price is shown in euro. On the payment page you see it in your own currency: dinar if you pay from Iraq, otherwise the currency of your card. Prices are converted at the day's rate.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly card subscription can be cancelled at any time. A payment in dinar for 1 to 12 months simply ends, and we remind you before it does.
I don't have Telegram. Can I still join?
You need Telegram: the group lives there and signing in uses it. It is free and takes a minute to install.
Do I get a job or a visa guaranteed?
No. Heroes gives guidance based on practical experience, not legal advice and not a promise of a visa or a job. It helps you avoid mistakes and move faster.
Which languages are used?
The site and the sign-up are in English, German and Arabic. In the group, members write in the language that suits them.
What happens to my data?
Only what is needed for your membership is stored, and it is deleted when you delete your account. The privacy policy explains the details.
