Community rules

These rules apply to all members of the Heroes community, a private group on Telegram run by Husam Noaman. By joining, you agree to follow them.

1. What this is about

The community is a place where members talk, ask questions and support each other on the way to training, work and life in Germany. It includes a group chat, a weekly live stream and question rounds. The community is open only to adults (18 and older).

2. How we treat each other

• Be respectful. Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech and discrimination because of origin, religion, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation are not allowed.
• Stay on topic and respect other people's time. Repeated messages, chain messages and spam are not allowed.

3. No advertising and no third-party offers

• Advertising, sales offers and links to paid offers are not allowed without the team's prior permission.
• Do not offer to arrange jobs, visas, residence permits or recognition of certificates for money in the group, and do not ask other members for money for this.

4. Protect personal data

• Messages in the group are visible to all members. Do not post passport numbers, ID data, bank details or passwords there.
• Share other people's personal data only if they have agreed. Do not take screenshots or recordings of members to show them outside the group.

5. Content and copyright

• Do not share unlawful content or content you have no rights to.
• Live streams and community material are meant for members. Do not publish or sell them and do not pass them to non-members without the team's agreement.

6. No legal advice, no promises

Posts from members and from the team are based on experience. They are not legal advice and no promise that you will get a job, a visa, a residence permit or recognition. Check important decisions with the competent authorities or with a lawyer.

7. Moderation

The team may remove posts, warn members and remove members from the group if they break these rules. In serious or repeated cases the team may terminate the contract for good cause. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and the right to terminate for good cause, remain unaffected. The General Terms and Conditions apply.

8. Reporting problems

If you notice something that breaks these rules, send the team a private message on Telegram or an email to husam.noaman@husamsieg.com.

9. Telegram

The group runs on Telegram. Telegram's terms of use and privacy policy apply there in addition. How we process your data is explained in our privacy notice.
